World Pharmacist Day- 25th September 2024

On September 25, 2024, the Laureate Institute of Pharmacy celebrated World Pharmacist Day under the theme ‘Pharmacist: Meeting Global Health Needs’. The event commenced with poster, slogan, and essay writing competitions, followed by a rally from the Laureate Campus to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate’s office in Jawalmukhi, Kangra, H.P. Students also performed a Nukkad Natak (street play) on drug abuse awareness in the presence of Dr. Sanjeev Kumar (SDM), Tehsildar, Senior Citizens, Prof. (Dr.) M.S. Ashawat (Director and Principal), Prof. (Dr.) Vinay Pandit (HOD, Pharmaceutics Department), Prof. (Dr.) CPS Verma (HOD, Pharmacognosy Department), Prof. (Dr.) Amardeep Ankalgi (HOD, Pharmaceutical Analysis), Prof. Shiv Kumar Kushawaha (HOD, Pharmacology Department), Prof. (Dr.) Pravin Kumar, Prof. (Dr.) Aditi Kaushik, and all other faculty members.
